Job Description
Your role as Campaign Performance Manager
* In line with an 18-month campaign calendar, provide strategic insight on campaign performance which informs quarterly / 6 monthly plan reviews.
* In line with agreed frameworks, consolidate and analyse data from various channels (digital, social, email, customer, and traditional media) and evaluate individual campaign performance across brands / formats – capture performance vs brief, business case, market, etc.
* Review campaign performance vs group objectives / KPIs and alignment with individual campaign KPIs (alignment between Marketing strategy map and front line performance).
* Use performance data to provide actionable insights and make brand-led recommendations which inform future campaign design and execution specifically improving brand health, ROI, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
* Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing channels and tactics to drive stronger campaign performance. Benchmark divisional performance against brands / other divisions, sharing best practices and learnings across the group.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of propositions e.g., new dishes / menus / pricing based on financial, customer, and marketing performance data.
* Build a repository of campaign performance analysis outlining campaign type, objectives, investment, ROI, and performance to inform future plan development, making recommendations which support divisions as required.
* Develop performance reporting insight and attend governance forums to provide recommendations e.g., Marketing QBRs, which succinctly outline and tell the story of Marketing performance.
* Act as partner to divisional teams, building strong relationships whilst maintaining an independent view of performance.
