Due to continued growth and success, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer to join a busy desk at Future Build Recruitment. You will be working alongside one of the Directors, focusing on white-collar recruitment in Civil Engineering, Reinforced Concrete Structures, Groundworks, and Infrastructure. Most of the positions we recruit for are permanent, white-collar roles, with salaries typically ranging from £30K to £200K. Required Skills / Attributes: Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to succeed and deliver results for clients Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks, learn quickly, and adapt to new information, coupled with a personable approach A solid academic background A hardworking attitude Confidence in communication Motivation and a genuine aspiration to build a successful career in recruitment An interest in the Construction Industry would be advantageous Experience in a phone-based or customer-facing role would be desirable High-volume sales experience would be highly desirable What you will be doing: You will speak with professional candidates in the construction industry about live vacancies with our broad client base. You'll build and maintain relationships with candidates, follow leads, and directly headhunt talent. You'll also follow our structured training and development program, designed to help you progress into a full 360 Consultant role within 12 months, focusing on both candidate management and business development.
