An Ofsted Outstanding specialist school local to you is looking for a positive and dedicated specialist trainee teacher to work with students with an Autism diagnosis. This setting supports 80+ pupils between the ages of 4-18 years and offers early years, primary, and secondary provision. Your Responsibilities:
* Teach 1:1 according to weekly/daily/seasonal planning
* Providing group and/or individual activities, planned by the lead teacher
* Supporting the general well-being of learners within the structure of the school
* Monitoring and evaluating students' learning
Key Skills and Experience Needed:
* The ability to teach and support learners that have various complex needs
* A willingness to learn and build relationships with learners
* The ability to work as an individual and as a part of the team
* Teaching Assistant experience
* Experience working in SEND settings is desirable but not essential
* Eligibility to work in the UK
