About the Role
As a Fire and Security BDM, you will:
* Drive New Business: Proactively identify and secure new clients, making this a key focus of your role.
* Sell Training Services: Promote our comprehensive range of Fire Industry Association (FIA) courses and certifications.
* Sell Maintenance Contracts: Offer tailored maintenance and service contracts to meet client needs.
* Achieve Targets: Enjoy a generous commission on every sale you make, with no cap on earnings.
What We're Looking For
* Experienced in Sales: Proven success in sales, ideally within the fire and security industry.
* A New Business Hunter: Skilled in generating and converting leads into long-term clients.
* Knowledgeable: Familiar with FIA regulations, training programmes, and certifications.
* An Effective Communicator: Excellent at building relationships, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
