Do you possess excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Residential Support Worker For Children & Young People. Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality care and support to adults with various needs, including behavioural support, mental health, non-verbal support and communication and learning difficulties. - Assist individuals with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, while promoting their independence and dignity. - Support clients in their daily activities, including meal preparation, medication management, and household chores. - Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals involved in their care. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant policies and procedures. Requirements: - Must have minumum 6months UK experience in workning with Children and Young People - Level 3 in Health and Social Care/ Level 3 in Residential Children Care is a must - Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
