We are seeking a talented individual to join our Commercial Broking team at Marsh. As a Senior Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new clients and driving growth within the Commercial space.
We will count on you to:
* Develop and manage relationships with prospective clients.
* Manage your sales pipeline using Marsh CRM systems.
* Oversee projects from initial prospect contact to client transition.
* Conduct research and planning within your designated industry sectors.
* Build and nurture relationships with industry stakeholders.
* Engage in continuous personal learning and development.
* Achieve new business budget targets to support your office and region.
* Collaborate with the wider Marsh team to deliver optimal risk solutions to clients.
What you need to have:
* Experience working for an insurer or broker
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and supportive team-focused environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong sales drive with a focus on results and financial outcomes.
* Business acumen and understanding of core finance mechanics.
