Service Advisor
Franchised Motor Dealership
Location: Chester
Salary: £33, OTE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (½ hour lunch) + alternate Saturdays (8:30 AM - 12:30 PM)

The Role
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our front-of-house team. This role involves working closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless service experience. The ideal candidate will have previous Service Advisor experience, strong communication skills, and a professional, friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing daily service bookings and customer enquiries
2. Creating detailed job cards for technicians
3. Providing progress updates and explaining technical work to customers
4. Selling additional services, including service plans
5. Handling invoicing and maintaining accurate records
6. General administrative duties
What We're Looking For
7. Previous Automotive Service Advisor
8. Strong customer service and communication skills
9. IT proficiency and good organisational skills
