Job Type: Part-time, Mon-Thurs 10-2 pm (flexible)
About You
Key Responsibilities:
* Organising meetings and managing room bookings
* Organising company events
* Arranging/booking transport and accommodation
* Executive diary management
* Answering inbound calls
* Ensuring our First Aid and Fire Safety training are up-to-date
* Helping to develop and implement office policies
* Supporting the team to ensure they are up-to-date with their training, business development and client administration tasks
* Maintaining a safe, secure work/office environment
* Carrying out annual office risk assessments
* Maintaining inventory log for IT supplies/Mobile phones
* Ordering/managing office equipment/supplies/stationery when required
* Administrative assistance to Partners
* New joiners onboarding/leavers assistance
* Providing support and responding to their queries
* Keeping an eye on the office facilities and liaising with suppliers/service providers for repair and maintenance when needed:
o Photocopier
o Coffee machine
o Corporate lunch supplier (for meetings/events)
* Assisting with ad hoc projects as time allows
Experience:
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a professional services environment in a similar role, such as office manager, team secretary or EA/PA.
