Responsibilities:
As a Field Based Business Development Manager for Neville Lumb you will be responsible for:
* Working closely with Main Contractors, Sub Contractors, Architects and Designers as well as the wider Neville Lumb team
* Identifying new business leads within the Hospitality/Care Home sector
* Nurturing and developing the existing accounts on your portfolio
Qualifications:

* Knowledge of the Hospitality/Care home industry would be advantageous
* Excellent communication & relationship building skills
* Problem solver, engaging, team player with a planned, organised approach
* Good understanding of what is happening in the local market
