This role will predominantly require you to work on the Covid-19 UK Public Inquiry, and you will also be required to assist the department with tasks on other matters as may be necessary from time to time. The duties include but are not limited to:
1. From time to time undertake visits to clients across primarily Wales, however occasionally the wider UK for the purpose of the Covid-19 UK Public Inquiry.
2. From time to time attend meetings and/or conferences and/or hearings at outside working hours for the purposes of the Covid-19 UK Public Inquiry.
3. To undertake not to share any information and/or data and/or detail regarding the UK Covid-19 Inquiry unless authorised to do so.
4. To ensure that all client work is progressed expeditiously, and that the client is kept regularly informed on progress and on costs.
5. To ensure that all time spent on a case is accurately recorded.
6. To ensure the file review procedure is complied with.
7. To ensure the confidentiality and security of all the firm’s and client documentation and information.
