Resourcing Partner - Nursing role involves implementing and delivering talent acquisition, resource planning, and recruitment services across Nursing, Operational & Medical Directorates.
The role reports to the Resourcing Manager and requires a hybrid working model with remote working available.
Key responsibilities include partnering with Heads of Service & Hiring Managers to create strategic resourcing plans, providing specialist advice and guidance throughout the recruitment process, and creating and delivering direct sourcing strategies.
The ideal candidate will have in-house recruitment experience, experience within the Healthcare industry, and a successful track record of building effective relationships with stakeholders.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with Heads of Service & Hiring Managers to create and deliver strategic resourcing plans.
* Provide specialist advice and guidance throughout the end-to-end recruitment process.
* Create and deliver direct sourcing strategies.
* Screen and interview candidates to meet the Clinic's resourcing plans for permanent staffing requirements.
* Work closely with the People Team & People Shared Services Team to drive recruitment standards.
* Build collaborative and credible relationships with stakeholders across the hiring community.
* Optimise attraction channels and employer brand activities.
* Requirements:
* In-house recruitment experience working as a Resourcing/Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Partner.
* Experience within the Healthcare industry is essential.
* Vastly experienced at managing the end-to-end recruitment life-cycle.
* Demonstrable stakeholder management experience with a successful track record of building effective relationships.
* Experience of resource planning, managing recruitment campaigns, and implementing attraction and selection methodologies.
