General Office Assistant Reed are currently partnered with a with a distinguished provider of specialized printing solutions. They are currently seeking a General Office Assistant for a temporary position from May to September. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and looking to gain valuable experience in a retail and administrative environment. Day-to-day of the role: Assist in the daily operations of the store, including stock management and order fulfillment. Handle customer inquiries both in person and via phone or email, providing excellent service. Process transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory. Support the shipping and receiving of printing solutions. Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive customer experience. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment. Reliability is a must.
