Salary:Up to £50,000 dependent on experience, plus good commission structure and Company benefits
Role Overview:Agri-Lloyd, a leader in ruminant nutrition for forty years, is seeking a Dairy Sales Manager to oversee the development of sales for our Farm Animal Division’s nutritional and health products. These products will be sold directly to farmers through a network of Area Sales Managers.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Managing the Area Sales Manager network
* Developing and maintaining a detailed CRM system
* Achieving the company's Area Sales Manager sales plan through regular contact
* Working in the field with Area Sales Managers, providing training and feedback
* Keeping the team updated on competitor developments
* Ensuring efficient call planning and implementation
* Collating, analyzing, and using marketing sales data
* Attending key national and regional shows
* Coordinating and facilitating farmer meetings, farm walks, and open days
* Building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
* Ensuring efficient and effective personal reporting
* Participating positively in regional sales meetings
About You:
* Thorough understanding of dairy farming
* Practical experience in dairy farming through education or work
* Team player with strong leadership skills
* Enthusiastic with excellent communication and rapport-building abilities
* Willing to spend at least two or three nights per week away from home
