Job Description
This Benefits Specialist role involves overseeing benefits programs for assigned markets, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient program operations. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide guidance on benefits-related matters. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in benefits administration and proficiency in using various HR systems. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement benefits programs for assigned markets.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve benefits-related issues.
* Provide expert guidance on benefits policies and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with regional employment laws and benefits legislative requirements.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in benefits administration.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in using current HR systems: Workday, ServiceNow, Darwin, Morneau Shepell's Ariel.
Working Arrangements
