For the successful Customer Service Executive our client is offering:
1. Salary up to £25,000 per annum
2. Monday to Friday 8.30am till 5.00pm
3. Permanent position
4. Benefits: Free parking, 20 days + Bank Holidays + Pension
The role - Customer Service Executive:
5. Responsible for managing customer requests for skip hire and sales
6. Assist customers with their invoice queries and pricing for their orders
7. Collect overdue payment and revenue
8. Contact customers regarding overdue invoices
9. Manage any complaints or changes of details
What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Executive:
10. Previous office based customer service experience - ESSENTIAL
11. Managing complaints / problem solving - ESSENTIAL
12. Knowledge of the waste industry / services industries - DESIREABLE
13. IT Literacy / MS Office Packages & Administration Capability - ESSENTIAL
