We have a fantastic 6-month opportunity for a Learning Content Producer to join the team of a very prestigious professional body for medical practitioners to work on the creation of educational multimedia content to support international doctors prepare for board exams You will be responsible for the filming and editing of videos, podcasts, and other audio content that plays a crucial role in the revision phase for doctors ready to sit exams, as well as designing, creating and editing elements of the wider learning offer. Details: Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 full-time equivalent 27 days holiday bank holidays and up to 4 office closure days Flexible working with 1 day a week in the office Enhanced contributory pension scheme Variety of learning and development opportunities Wellbeing programme & Employee Assistance Scheme About you: We are looking for someone that will be excited to work on such important content and will be able to bring solid video and audio editing skills to the team. You will be a proficient user of the Adobe Premier Pro tools and show the ability to deliver briefings and guidance to all those involved in the content creation process, including managing external suppliers. The role: The Learning Content Producer will design, create, and edit audiovisual learning materials, working closely with internal colleagues, external stakeholders, and Subject Matter Experts to produce high-quality, educational content. They will support the redevelopment of existing courses and the creation of new multimedia resources, collaborating with various specialists. The role requires managing and prioritising workloads, outsourcing tasks to meet deadlines, and negotiating with external suppliers. Additionally, the producer will work with educators to define learning objectives, create briefs for SMEs, and ensure content delivery within budget. This position is central to the team's efforts in developing and delivering educational materials.
