The Assistant Locality Manager will support the manager and support workers in delivering high-quality care, ensuring compliance with policies, assisting with rota planning, managing IT systems for H&S checks, and supporting the team across two locations. They will act as manager in the absence of the Locality Manager to ensure safe operations and compliance.

About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Locality Manager with service operations, rota management, support plan reviews, and recruitment.
* Collaborating with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to meet the needs of those supported.
* Serving as a role model to Support Workers, demonstrating best practices.

What You Will Need
Candidates should have:
* Experience working with individuals with diverse needs, such as autism and complex learning disabilities.
* Strong time management, delegation, and deadline skills.
* Knowledge of the personalisation agenda and Active Support.
* The ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, clients, families, and external agencies.
* Willingness to work towards a Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care/Leadership and Management for Care Services.
