The Learning and Development Lead will play a critical role in creating and delivering effective learning solutions that ensure all employees, from new starters to seasoned colleagues, have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles. Focusing on induction programmes, mandatory learning, and core skills development, you will ensure that training is aligned with both regulatory requirements and the charity s strategic goals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. This role will play a key part in assessing and developing organisational capabilities as part of wider transformation work. Proven experience in a Learning and Development role, ideally within the charity, public, or not-for-profit sectors Experience designing and delivering virtual and face-to-face learning, workshops, and career development initiatives - supporting both individual and organisational growth.
