About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator Lead to join our team at STAFFING LAB LIMITED. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and coordinating best practice inventory management within the engineering stores department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures.
* Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure smooth inventory operations.
* Develop and maintain procedures for inventory ordering and distribution.
* Lead the implementation of a new CMMS system to enhance inventory management and reporting capabilities.
* Develop and maintain a 5S program to promote a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in inventory management, preferably in an industrial setting.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
