I am looking for a talented and experienced recruiter to join my highly successful client's HR team.
Working on high volume talent projects and managing the entire recruitment cycle, you will be able to manage seasonal peaks and bring fresh insights to their talent attraction strategies.
From working alongside the Marketing team on website engagement to the HR team on onboarding/screening, you will manage the entire project, ensuring staffing levels are appropriate for each business area.
Your responsibilities are likely to include:
* Planning annual recruitment budget
* Preparing and posting job adverts
* Conducting telephone screening
* Pre-screening and onboarding
* Development of marketing materials
* Development of ATS and job board attraction strategies
Ideally, you will have extensive experience in a recruitment role, whether external or in-house, and be able to manage large-scale campaigns and volume/seasonal recruitment projects.
The ability to communicate effectively and develop relationships will be key, as will your ability to 'sell' your offering against your competitors and attract candidates back to you year after year.
