Bookkeeper - 6 Month FTC - Hybrid: 3 days on site
I am pleased to be working with a terrific organisation based in East Lothian. With plenty of parking, this role is offered on a hybrid working model with three days on site and two at home.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the full transactional process as well as supporting on the nominal ledger. The full management accounts function is completed by the Finance Manager, but you will be responsible for supporting with this an ensuring the information is accurate/organised up to this stage.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Ensuring purchase ledger invoices are processed in a timely manner,
* Carrying out payment runs,
* Credit control duties,
* Bank reconciliations,
* Journaling,
* Month-end close,
* Prepayments and accruals.
Experience using SAGE 200 is critical for this role. Having a background in a similar all-round bookkeeping/assistant accountant position is essential as well.
