The Role
As the Executive Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level, confidential, and professional administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Acting as a key liaison, you will ensure seamless communication, manage complex schedules, and coordinate key projects to help the CEO and the broader organisation operate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Diary and Schedule Management: Oversee the CEO's calendar, coordinating appointments, meetings, and events to maximize productivity.
2. Executive Communication: Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling correspondence, calls, and emails with professionalism and discretion.
3. Project Coordination: Support organisational projects by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and priorities.
4. Meeting Preparation: Organise agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points from key meetings.
5. Travel Arrangements: Plan and book travel, accommodation, and detailed itineraries.
6. Stakeholder Liaison: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment with the CEO's priorities.
Skills And Qualifications
1. Experience: Proven success as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior executives, with excellent organisational and time-management skills.
2. Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with experience drafting professional documents and correspondence.
3. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
4. Professionalism: High level of discretion and confidentiality, especially when handling sensitive information.
5. Proactivity: A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently.
6. Qualifications: GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent); project management qualifications are desirable.
