As Management Accountant you'll be a key member of the Finance team, responsible for preparing management accounts, supporting the Financial Controller of commercial projects, managing stock valuation and ageing, working alongside other departments and engaging with senior stakeholders as well as much more. Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant, your responsibilities will include: Managing stock valuation and ageing processes, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Delivering key commercial finance projects to support strategic growth across the Group. Preparing subsidiary management accounts and assisting with group budgets and forecasts. Conducting monthly gross margin reviews and stock valuations, ensuring accuracy in costing records. Supporting internal and external audits and maintaining stock costing information across group companies. Collaborating across departments to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, helping drive decision-making. Providing ad hoc financial support to meet the evolving needs of the business. What Do You Need? We're looking for a detail-oriented individual who can confidently communicate across all levels of the business. The ideal candidate will have: A qualification in CIMA, ACCA, or ACA (part-qualified or QBE applicants are encouraged to apply). Ideally you'll have experience in stock reporting, including valuations and provisions. Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP accounting software (Navision experience is a plus). A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure. What's in it for You?
