Sewell Wallis is currently recruiting for an Onboarding Coordinator to join a well-known and established business based in Leeds. Due to continued growth, this is a great opportunity for someone looking for progression.
Reporting to a supportive and personable Onboarding Manager, you will be the main point of contact for managing the setup of new clients as well as the transfer of existing clients from one platform to another.

What will you be doing?
* Onboarding of new clients to their specified platform and liaising with various stakeholders.
* Maintenance of status updates from the various platforms.
* Provide a high level of professional customer service to internal and external customers.
* Ensure the subscription charge invoices received from the various vendors are paid on time.
* Ensure compliance in line with the company's procedures.
What skills are we looking for?
* Prior experience in a similar role.
* Great stakeholder management skills.
* Strong Excel skills.
* Strong IT skills or the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
