Job Responsibilities
1. Supervise and lead the front of house team, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
2. Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
3. Ensure the front of house area is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
4. Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
5. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and communication.
6. Monitor and manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
7. Implement and uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards.
