If so, we are currently working with a fantastic FE college who are looking for lecturers of Carpentry and Joinery. The role will entail the delivery of levels 1, 2 and 3 to full time students and apprentices. This will encompass the following: T-levels, C&G's/NVQ's and Apprenticeship standards. They are eager to speak with both experienced lecturers and qualified carpenters/joiners. They will offer full teacher training and funded qualifications. For people new to the education sector (in their first 5 years) they are able to offer the new government retention scheme which enables applicants to be award up to £6000 on top of their salary. They require you to have an NVQ level 2 or Craft certificate in Carpentry & Joinery with 5 years industry experience and 1st fix, 2nd fix and cut roof/trusses.
