Role - Site Manager

Location -East Sussex

Salary - £40k - £60k

I am looking for a Site manager for a client in Sussex, ideally you'll have experience working on projects valued £200k up to £2m for Refurb and extension projects in Sussex.

Job Responsibilities:

* Ensure all works are undertaken with consideration to the needs of the local population
* Manage, supervise and mentor the site team
* Adopt, maintain and promote cost conscious management
* Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared, reviewed, briefed and updated
* Ensure that the project is properly planned, programmed and resourced to achieve safe, profitable and timely delivery
* Prepare monthly progress project reports, and ensure that method statements, risk assessments and approval documents are in place for all site activities
* Ensure thorough understanding and adherence to all the contractual requirements
* Manage subcontractors and materials

Key Attributes:

1. Having a strong background of working within the build industry (General Builder, Site Supervisor, Foreman or Assistant Site Manager)
