Overview:
Westlake Tapco Europe Ltd are looking for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, who is reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment to join our company as a Customer Service Assistant.
In this role, you will be responsible for various duties such as answering calls, inputting and monitoring orders, answering product-related questions, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring that all issues are logged and assigned accordingly.
Previous experience in an office role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail is essential for maintaining accurate orders and inquiries. Computer skills are also necessary for order input purposes, and effective communication skills are important for collaborating with other office staff members, our sales team, and our customers.
This is a full-time position with a competitive package, which includes a potential quarterly bonus, yearly bonus scheme, and private healthcare.
Responsibilities:
* Dealing with inquiries and arranging to send samples.
* Requesting ETAs for customers.
* Addressing customer questions.
* Answering calls, responding to questions and inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate individual.
* Helping with processing sales orders for the customers, inputting sales orders, allocating, and invoicing.
* Assisting salespersons with overall customer inquiries.
* Filing packing slips, invoices, and customer orders each week for easy reference.
Skills:
* Must be multi-tasked and detail-oriented.
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to read and interpret documents, write correspondence and documentation with appropriate grammar, spelling, and punctuation, and articulate and explain information clearly and professionally.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team professionally in an office setting.
* Strong computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and exceed service level and performance objectives.

Pay: £22,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
