As a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Principal, your focus will be on raising standards across EYFS, nursery, and KS1. As a key member of our academy leadership team, you will drive improvements in pupil progress and teaching and learning within this area of the school.
You'll have the unique opportunity to shape the future of our vibrant school community, collaborate with a network of passionate educators, and drive innovative educational practices. Don't miss out on this exciting chapter—apply now and help us achieve excellence together.
You will be working in an academy with excellent facilities, where every child benefits from a rich curriculum. Your role will be to identify and implement the actions that will further raise standards, ensuring all pupils receive the best possible start in life.
We are looking for someone who is not only strategic and data-literate but also kind, approachable, and collaborative. You should be able to build strong relationships with staff, pupils, and parents, inspiring and supporting others while maintaining high expectations. A key part of the role will involve analysing data to identify areas for improvement, implementing targeted actions, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
An understanding of EYFS and KS1 is essential, along with the ability to lead by example and work effectively as part of a team. You will need to be receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement. We also expect you to be an outstanding classroom practitioner and manage leadership duties with classroom responsibilities.
This role is open to new and existing staff members within the school and region who are passionate about making a difference. A commitment to the values and ethos of Oasis, as well as to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, is essential.
