The Role
Reporting into the Chief Strategy & Growth Officer, the Commercial Lead will take the reins on building and growing agency and brand relationships. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with day-to-day commercial hustle. Ideal for someone who knows the agency world inside-out and is ready to help shape and scale a future market leader.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead commercial conversations across top media agencies and major brands
* Turn briefs into closed deals – from initial pitch through to final negotiations
* Build and mentor a small sales team as the business grows
* Work alongside senior leadership to open top-tier doors
* Create and execute revenue growth plans, forecasts, and market strategy
* Be the face of the business – presenting, persuading, and closing
