Vacancy: Bank Clinical Administrator
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 or 09:00-17:00
At St Gemma’s Hospice, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy team as a Bank Clinical Administrator. The role provides administrative support both to the Family Support Team and to our Outpatients service. The Clinical Administrator will be trained to cover both areas and will be asked to cover one or the other as the service requires.
The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator with the ability and confidence to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be interacting with patients, relatives, and healthcare professionals sensitively, both face-to-face and over the telephone, while delivering high-quality administrative support.
The postholder will have a personable manner combined with a keen attention to detail. Previous experience working with SystemOne or in a clinical or reception environment would be an advantage; familiarity with Microsoft Office packages is essential.
