Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience

Site: Broadland Innovation Centre (BFIC) Food Enterprise Park, Enterprise Way, Norwich. NR9 5FX
Responsible to: Broadland Food Innovation Centre Manager
Principal Duties
1. Provide a market leading service to all Hethel Innovation members, including on site, virtual members and those in the wider network.
2. Work with Centre Manager and wider Innovation team within HIL to create a Centre of Excellence for food manufacturing in the region.
3. Engage with tenants on site to foster an innovative and collaborative community.
4. Support the team at BFIC in all day-to-day operations to keep the building compliant and maintained to a high standard and provide high-quality service to tenants and visitors.
5. Provide front of house services to tenants and visitors to site, including management of site hire.
6. Coordinate on site activities as directed by the Centre Manager, including:
1. Ensuring all HIL and BFIC processes are followed
2. Ensuring contractors remain HSE compliant on site
3. Ensuring effective delivery of Service Level Agreements with contractors
4. Tracking maintenance tasks on HIL’s systems and keeping data up to date and accurate.
7. Support the team at BFIC in achieving all KPIs as set by Hethel Innovation Ltd.
8. Deal with complaints in a professional manner, escalating to the Centre Manager and bringing to a satisfactory conclusion.
9. Be a first responder for site and a key holder as required.
Responsibilities
1. Work to high standards for maintenance and project works undertaken to the satisfaction of your line manager.
2. Communicate with tenants on day-to-day operations.
3. Communicate across teams as required, working collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Innovation and other site teams.
4. Support the Centre Manager on the H&S of site, team and contractors on site.
5. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, ensuring that they are resolved within reasonable time frames.
6. Maintain effective working relationships with HIL teams and clients.
7. Work to agreed project plans including scope, milestones, and deadlines.
8. Be the first point of contact for members, contractors and visitors.
9. Report to Line Manager as required.
10. Carry out other duties appropriate to the nature and grade of the post, as directed by the line manager.
Other Job Information
1. Must have own vehicle and drivers’ license as travel between sites may be required.
2. Some flexibility on working hours is required.
3. Key holding for the building is required by this role, which means out of hours contact in an emergency and site attendance when required.

Qualifications
Desirable
1. Relevant H&S training.
2. IOSH qualifications.
3. Project management qualifications (Agile, Prince2 etc.).
Experience and Skills
Essential
1. Interest in working within the food sector.
2. Experience working with external contractors.
3. Experience in project management.
4. Confident using IT including Office 365.
5. Effective interpersonal communication skills.
6. Possess a customer service mindset.
7. Possess a systematic and methodical approach.
Desirable
1. Experience working in the food sector.
2. Experience working in Facilities Management.
3. Experience working with Landlord Tenant relationships.
4. Understanding of Health and Safety compliance.
5. Experience managing a preventative and reactive maintenance programme.
