HR Recruit is currently seeking an experienced HR professional to join a rapidly expanding organisation in the industrial sector. Reporting directly into the Head of HR, there is lots of scope to build this HR function in this very fast-paced role. There is the potential to learn and grow as this organisation expands. HR Advisor Responsibilities
* Review and renewal of all HR Policies and procedures
* Managing and/or supporting recruitment related activities and other HR processes
* Provide 1st Line HR Support for all employees.
* To carry out HR project work as required
* Provide advice and support to line managers and employees regarding any change in employment legislation.
* To manage the disciplinary and grievance procedures: advising managers, supporting investigations
* To manage data contained in the HR system, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date
* Assist with rebuilding cultures and behaviours
* Assist in HR administrative tasks
Person Specification
* Must have at least 4 years generalist HR experience
* Working understanding of UK Employment Law
* Resilient and able to work under pressure
* Flexible and able to adapt to changing requirements
* High level of attention to detail
* Can do attitude and down to earth approach
The role is 40 hours per week. In return, you will receive a salary of between £45,000-£50,000 plus bonus.
