Quality Control Manager required to join the team within this successful house building company. Your key purpose will be to achieve a high level of consistency and quality across all stages of the construction to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Working in collaboration with other internal departments, including Health and Safety, Commercial, Technical, Customer Service, Site Management, Sales and HR.
Key Duties / Responsibilities - Quality Control Manager
To effectively improve the construction function through a high level of quality and consistency across all construction stages through;
1. Improving warranty provider CQR scores
2. Lowering DPR rates
3. Lowering RI scores
4. Improving HQI pass scores
5. Improving customer satisfaction scores
6. Improving efficiency and effectiveness
7. Improving build consistency
8. Minimising avoidable costs
9. Driving quality from site through the BU
Experience
1. Proven track record delivering a high level of quality within an inspection role in the house building industry
2. Knowledge and experience of building standards and warranty provider requirements
3. Strong communication skills both written and verbal
4. Leadership skills and an ability to motivate your team to ensure a high standard of work
5. IT Skills - Microsoft packages and Coins
6. Commercial awareness
7. Future focused and drive change
8. Driving Licence essential
