You will work with our highly experienced and friendly team of voyage consultants, who will service new and existing high-net-worth clients. Key Responsibilities To service cruise holiday enquiries and booking requests online, by phone, and in-person from new and existing clients and travel agents. Consistently strive to provide industry-leading, best-in-class service to generate high customer satisfaction scores and long-term client loyalty. Play a pivotal role in every client’s customer journey, from the initial enquiry stage to their return home. Create bespoke ATOL packages that fulfil the requirements of your clients and the business while also selling those created by your colleagues. Undertake time-sensitive outbound call campaigns to generate leads and possible bookings. To manage and prioritise a varied, often pressurised, workload while assisting colleagues and stakeholders where required. Undertake regular training sessions and appraisals to enhance product awareness and performance. To attend client-facing events and consumer shows as and when required. About You: You have at least 2 years’ experience working in travel sales, preferably within an organisation selling luxury cruise products. You are target-driven, passionate about selling, and able to use a range of sales-orientated techniques to close leads. You strive to increase the value of each booking by taking advantage of opportunities to upsell, repackage, and add ancillary products. Whether by email, phone, or in person, you boast exceptional communication skills and can seamlessly adapt to your clients' needs. You’re enthused at the prospect of building a portfolio of loyal clients who generate long-term customer value. Strong IT skills are a must. In addition to the Microsoft Office suite (primarily Outlook, Excel, and Word), we use various reservation systems, booking platforms, and an in-house SalesForce CRM. Working hours: 37.5 hr week, including weekend shifts.
