Chef de Partie - High-End Restaurant, East Sussex
Location: Near Camber Sands, East Sussex
Salary: £38,000-£42,000 per annum, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
* Manage a designated section of the kitchen, maintaining efficiency and organization.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu development and presentation.
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Mentor and support junior kitchen staff, promoting a positive work environment.
Our Restaurant:
* Service Hours: Open for dinner seven evenings a week; lunch service on weekends.
* Covers: 20-30 for dinner; 50-60 on weekends; lunch service accommodates 30-60 covers.
* Special Events: Hosts corporate events for high-level fashion brands and 10-12 select weddings annually.
* Team: A dedicated brigade of six chefs committed to culinary excellence.
