Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations of the pub, ensuring high standards of service and food quality.
2. Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
3. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
4. Maintain inventory and manage supplier relationships.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
4. Passion for food and customer service.
