Location: Blended between office and home (England and Wales). Time in office negotiable You will be joining a small, high-performing team that sits at the heart of Citizens Advice. The team is responsible for providing strategic, executive and administrative support to the Chief Executive, and both our Executive Directors and Director Group. This crucial role will support the Chief Executive directly, taking a lead on areas of her portfolio and on office management; whilst also leading the Executive Support team, including the CEO s Diary Manager, ensuring that all of our top team receive exemplary support in effectively leading our organisation. We are looking for someone who can balance strategic and operational thinking, join the dots across a complex organisation, work at pace and deliver exceptional results themselves through others. The successful candidate will have to build good rapport and high levels of trust with the Chief Executive to ensure that she is supported to effectively lead the organisation. They will need to have highly developed influencing, relationship building and communication skills and be able to use these in senior and executive settings to ensure our work as an organisation moves forward and gets done. You will work closely, and with direction and support from, the Head of Strategy & CEO s Office but will need to have the confidence and ability to work autonomously when needed. Proven success in a senior role in executive support, communications, public affairs or business administration, with experience managing teams to achieve significant change. Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with a wide range of teams and individuals, establish credibility and work collaboratively, with the ability to adapt to different working patterns and styles.
