Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance-qualified transformation leader to join our HSO family. As a Finance Transformation Manager, you will build relationships with customers that inspire and guide them on their finance transformation journey, from envisaging to creating overall strategy, overseeing the design and delivery of finance transformation, and maintaining regular engagements to support them throughout their cloud adoption.
Overview of Experience and Key Responsibilities
Presales
* Build relationships with and guide finance leadership teams and key finance managers on their transformation journey.
* Support and deliver presales engagements with discussions, presentations, and demonstrations.
* Understand the Microsoft Solution Plays combined with customer needs, able to turn their vision into deliverable workloads.
* Develop and advise on Finance Strategy.
* Engage with and support Account Managers in building strategic relationships with clients.
Finance Transformation
* Develop and articulate a comprehensive finance transformation strategy aligned with HSO's goals and objectives.
* Work with the Enterprise Architecture team to design solutions across the business and technology domain.
* Run workshops within the EA phase to scope and design finance transformation work and technology requirements.
* Support the Head of Finance Transformation with larger finance transformation engagements.
* Assess client current infrastructure and recommend cloud adoption strategies.
* Work independently or alongside the Enterprise Architecture team to define the overall digital strategy for the customer.
* Support engagements from the client side to advise on transformation.
* Present HSO at events to further our standing in the market.
Client-Side Support
* Work client-side supporting core finance configuration and redesign in line with the finance transformation strategy.
* Advise the finance transformation team on specific complex requirements of finance team redesign.
* Provide technical accounting advice to the client team regarding new system capabilities for process automation and enhancement.
* Identify optimization opportunities from working with the finance team and present them back to the EA team and client.

Essential Experience
* Proven experience working in a finance department.
* Practical experience in finance transformation.
* Practical experience of a finance ERP implementation.
* ACCA/CIMA Qualified.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Location
This is a hybrid role and can be based from our Reading, Glasgow, or Manchester offices, or home. Please expect a large amount of planned travel which will involve overnight stays near customers, our offices, and other UK locations for meetings, events, and training.
