The candidate A solid foundation in legal matters, with a minimum of 1 years of paralegal experience. Familiarity with legal documentation, client management, and case administration. Ability to manage a varied caseload across multiple practice areas, with experience in either litigation, property, family law, or corporate law (specific areas can be adjusted to suit your needs). Enthusiastic about networking and business development. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Self-motivated, with a team-focused attitude. Key responsibilities Supporting fee earners in a variety of cases, from preparation of legal documents to client communications. Managing files and ensuring timely case progression. Attending to clients' needs and providing assistance on a range of legal matters. Assisting with the development of the firm’s legal practices through research and administrative support. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner and working closely with other team members. Participating in the growth of the firm’s client base.
