The Library Service is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join their team at Abercynon Library on a temporary job-share basis for 6 months. You will be required to manage a branch library to meet the learning, information, leisure and cultural needs of the local community in line with the aims and objectives of the library service. Providing supervisory and administrative work directing the day-to-day operation of a branch library. Work also includes developing and implementing services and special events, including outreach work, to promote use of the branch library, and other related work as required. This job share arrangement will run on a 2 week rota, please see attached working pattern. Week 1 - 20hrs 50 mins, Week 2 - 12hrs 40 mins.
