Office Administrator
Force Contracting is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general administrative support to the office and wider team.
* Assist the Accounts Department with data entry and document management.
* Maintain and update the company’s training matrix.
* Liaise with multiple sites to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
* Arrange and schedule training for contractors as required.
* Handle office correspondence, record-keeping, and document control.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative role.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Experience in construction or contracting industries (desirable but not essential).
