Sales Support Coordinator
Location: Bristol, BS30
Job type: Permanent contract/ full time in office
Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30am – 1700pm
Salary: up to £40k DOE
As the Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting customer enquiries that come into the Business through webchats and email. You will be confident in managing inbound calls from customers and have the ability to resolve any questions or queries effectively. Additionally, you will use a CRM system to upload customer quotations and requirements.
The role of the Sales Support Coordinator is fast-paced and busy, playing a pivotal role within the sales team. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and thrive in a friendly yet busy environment.

* Main Duties:
* Respond promptly to incoming requests for aftersales support from customers within a few hours.
* Keep an accurate and updated log of all dispatches to customers and follow up in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction and secure additional aftersales business.
* Manage all inquiries for spare parts by providing quick quotations and following up to secure orders, while collaborating with relevant teams to guarantee on-time delivery.
* Oversee all service contract work, both planned and reactive, and work closely with the operations and scheduling department to ensure maximum efficiency.
* Focus on achieving sales growth in this area of the business.
* Plan, prepare, and visit existing customers when necessary, based on age qualification.
* Deliver a strong account management service for all allocated accounts by managing inquiries via phone initially, conducting timely quotation follow-ups.
* Proactively seek referrals from existing clients and collaborate effectively with other function managers.
* Maintain CRM daily with details of customer contact, activity, opportunities, and pipeline management.
