\n\nWhat This Role Involves:\n\nAs an Executive Host, you will be responsible for providing personalised service to C-Suite executives and their guests, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations that allow them to focus on what matters most. You will collaborate closely with the Workplace Services team to uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service.\n\nYour Day-to-Day Responsibilities:\n\nDeliver tailored services to Senior Executives, their Assistants, and clients.\nCollaborate with the Workplace Services Team to cater to the needs of the C-Suite.\nLiaise with client support teams, including Security, Chauffeur, Events, and IT/AV.\nIdentify opportunities for service enhancement and development.\nMaintain deep knowledge of office amenities and ensure high standards of service.\nOversee hospitality functions, managing small events and fine dining experiences.\nProvide external support for booking services and managing events.\nBuild strong relationships with Executive Assistants and Executives.\nMonitor and advise on Senior Executive meetings and prepare necessary environments.\nConduct daily inspections of the office space, recommending improvements.\nEnsure a professional greeting for clients and visitors, every time.\nTake ownership of the operational delivery in C-suite areas.\nAssist in defining and embedding the service culture at the new London HQ.\n\nCore Competencies:\n\nAdvanced customer relationship skills.\nExceptional problem-solving abilities and anticipation of executive needs.\nStrong communication skills across all levels.\nExperience in a similar role.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nDiscretion and a strong attention to detail.\nA polite, friendly nature combined with excellent people management skills.\nAbility to operate independently with sound judgement and a customer service mindset.\n\nWhy Join Us?\n\nIf you resonate with this description and are excited about delivering excellence, we want to hear from you!
