Then this may be the perfect opportunity for you About the Role: As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that day-to-day office operations run seamlessly. This is a varied and interesting role where there will always be opportunities to learn something new and add to your growing skillset. Key Responsibilities: Providing general administrative support to the office. Answering the phone to clients, greeting walk-in customers, and dealing with client requests. Scheduling work and managing appointments. Sending invoice reminders and contacting customers about outstanding invoices. Conducting VAT returns and payroll duties (training will be provided). What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in an administrative role. Punctual, reliable, and well-organised. Comfortable speaking with members of the public and able to maintain a polite, friendly, and professional manner at all times. Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
