About the Role
:
As an Administrator you will be working Thurrock Council in a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.
An Administrator within our Thurrock branch. You will be Part of a local team supporting the Administration activities and requirements to our Housing operations, ensuring that all administrative procedures are being undertaken efficiently, in total compliance with Company.
Role Criteria:
1. Experience in administration role.
2. Call Centre Experience
3. Experience in a client facing role.
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft office
5. Can work well in a team.
6. Good written and verbal communication skills
7. Good Customer Service skills
