Main duties of the job Key Responsibilities: Lead the locality team in Bristol working alongside 3 other locality leads across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. Apply clinical skills to complex clinical situations to deliver coordinated and safe multidisciplinary working. Liaison with health and social care agencies to facilitate safe care. Promote the wellbeing of the team. Leading the referral process on a duty basis. Implement and oversee quality improvement initiatives.
