Quality Administrator
Circa. £24,000, Boroughbridge, office based, flexible hours, on site parking, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, training, development & progression, early finish on Fridays.
Due to continued business growth we are looking to recruit a Quality Administrator, and this could be in either sense of the term! If you have previously worked in a quality department or environment and have experience dealing with quality processes and procedures, or you are just a top notch all round administrator with advanced excel and data analysis skills then we want you!
As Quality Administrator you will report to the Quality Systems Manager and work in a small yet integral team of 3. This is a busy and fast paced role, you will be responsible for supporting the quality department in all documentation and analysis. Here is a short list of just some of the responsibilities you will have.
As Quality Administrator you will:
Write control plans and SMEAs (Success Modes and Affects Analysis)
Assist in updating and maintaining ISO procedures within the workplace
Amend operational and procedural documentation
Create and manage KPIs and report on these
Complete all manufacturing and quality manuals and technical documentation
Assist with Audits
Analyse data and produce reports
Take minutes of meetings
Scan documents as required
Requirements:
You will have strong administration skills
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
Ideally be an advanced user of excel, including formula, pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
A keen eye for detail and ability to analyse data
Qualified or experienced in ISO auditing
Have the ability to prioritise your workload
Previous experience in a manufacturing or electronics industry would be a bonus
A team player, happy to provide support where needed
You will ideally need your own transport due to locationThis Quality Administrator role would suit someone who has worked as a quality systems administrator, internal auditor, systems officer, or has worked with processing lots of data and has dealt with audits and working towards and maintaining ISOs within the workplace.
