The successful Internal Business Development Team Leader will ensure full support is given to the external RMI Business Development Manager and assist in day-to-day administrative tasks as well as achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the Prospect365 CRM is updated with comprehensive and accurate information and documentation.
2. Prepare proposals and supporting documentation for customers and the RMI Business Development Manager.
3. Utilize effective verbal and written communication skills to cooperate proficiently with customers and colleagues.
4. Be flexible in approach to assist with any business requirements.
Internal Contacts: Marketing department, internal sales support, and customer services.
External Contacts: RMI Business Development Manager, Social Housing Organisations, Councils, House Builders, Contractors, and Asset Managers.
To be successful in this role, we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:
1. Business development: 1 year (preferred)
2. Suitable customer support services
3. Experience in a similar role
4. Knowledge of the Social Housing ventilation Industry (preferable)
5. Previous CRM experience (preferable)
6. Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (required)
