Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling & Lead Qualification
* Initiate outbound calls to prospective contacts
* Conduct initial qualification of leads by gathering key information, assessing interest, and determining their readiness to engage with our cyber security solutions
(Use of BANT/MEDDPICC Frameworks preferable but not essential)
Data Management
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of call outcomes, prospect interactions, and appointment schedules in our CRM system.
(Previous experience of using HubSpot is preferable but not essential)
* Follow established calling structures and guidelines to ensure consistency and professionalism in all outbound communications.
Performance Metrics
* Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outbound calls, qualified leads, ICP (Ideal Customer Profiling) data attainment and scheduled appointments.
Appointment Scheduling
* Collaborate closely with BDMs to schedule appointments, service offering presentations, demonstrations, or follow-up meetings with qualified prospects.
Collaboration
* Work effectively with BDMs, Marketing, and other team members to optimise lead generation efforts and maximise sales opportunities.
Continuous Learning
* Stay informed about Norm’s cyber security solutions, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions and address prospect enquiries.
Ideal Profile
* 1–2-year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or B2C Sales role, ideally within the IT Services industry.
* Experience with sales methodologies - BANT & MEDDPICC (Preferable, but not essential)
* A problem solver & tech savvy
* You have working knowledge of SDR, Outbound Call, Customer Service, Lead Generation and Scheduling
* You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
* You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
* You are a strong networker & relationship builder
